Hitbodedut: The Practice of Personal Prayer

Hitbodedut (self-isolation), is a style of prayer popularized by Rebbe Nachman of Breslov.

This practice is the act of open, spontaneous, and direct communication with God. It is accessible to all, regardless of how deeply one is engaged in Judaism.

In this course, Rav Dror gives a comprehensive understanding of this method of prayer. From there, he gives an accessible way to embody this practice and implement it as an essential tool in your life, with much guidance and inspiration.

The intention with this offering is that you walk away confident in your knowing that HaShem is waiting to hear from you, and now you’ll have the courage and know-how to show up with an open heart and speak.
